Reconsider before using. I'm AD military and we used homestead to pump our tank. He stated that he did when no one was home after he was supposed to let us know when he was coming. Three days later and the septic overflowed and he wanted an additional $400. We had to re pump with another company and doing well ever since. You guys need to watch him. He wants to sell you a leach field at winter time for big $$$ Called them about 8:45 for a sewage backup from a frozen sewer line. They were here by noon and cleared it all up by 12:30. Very professional, courteous, and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone and they'll be the first I'd call again if ever needed. This is the second time my water line has frozen. After using a competitor the first time with poor results and a huge bill we tried Homestead. Excellent and friendly service at a fair price for having them electric thaw our water line. Quick fast comes matter how cold it is
