I would and will recommend this company to anyone who asks. Their work is exceptional. The owner, Justin, had a long day or work in our basement and did a phenomenal job and has since worked tirelessly to try and help us figure out the numerous problems in our heating system. Their professionalism, expediency, and knowledge work together to give you the best deal for the price—which is also some of the fairest I’ve seen. All in all this is the best company I’ve worked with in Fairbanks. 1st time using Cowles from a recommendation. Very pleased with two furnace tune-ups (forced air and Toyo). Upfront with the cost and excellent customer service. Their reputation proceeds itself! Came home from a trip to find the furnace was not working. It was 40 degrees in the house and dropping. It was 10:PM on Friday night and they were able to respond within 20 minutes and had heat by midnight. I've usd them for several years and will continue to. Great professional service. Justin and his crew are very efficient and do great work! Very grateful to have found a good boiler/heating/plumbing technician. I can always count on Justin and his guys to fix my problem quickly and efficiently! If ever I need work in the future Cowles Heating will be my first choice!
