I'm a past employee. I really enjoyed working here. I still get most of my parts here and the staff is very knowledgeable and professional! Sometimes if I am in town I shop at NAPA on Loftus as well. Been back there three different times for rotors only to find out they couldnt get them. A waste of time & money! This store sucks compared to every other napa I've been to, no matter the time of day that you call expect to be put on hold for 10 minutes, often times they hangup and I have to call them back and be put on hold again. Good availability of parts. Friendly staff. I spend way too much time and money here. Its like a second home. The counter staff is always great.
