These guys are the best in town. Great owners that take care of your pets like they were their own. My dogs absolutely love spending time at Golden Heart. If you're looking for a good place to board your pets, look no farther! Had scheduled with Lynn to do a lion cut shave on my two Persians. She did such a terrible job my poor kitties look like they lost a fight with a lawn mower i really wish I could post pictures!! If anyone would like to see them I will send them to you . Pictures alone will steer you far clear of this groomer . She is also extremely rude im clearly not the first to have this opinion of her either . Everyone that has seen my kitties are convinced she had to be drunk or under the influence of SOMETHING but the worst part is she was COMPLETELY coherent !! When I called to express my concerns and request my money back so I could take them else where to salvage what i could she was extremely aggressive & had the nerve to argue with me! I feel bad for the owner this women is going to single handedly destroy her business !! As I have heard many other stories about this LYNN women !! My dog loves to go there. Cheyenne is basically scared of everything she doesn't know. They are good people to take your fur baby to. I used to take my dogs to another kennel and they wouldn't let me go downstairs to the kennels. If they are afraid to let you see the kennels there is something wrong. Golden Heart had no problem with letting me walk back to the kennels. I would recommend them to anyone. Lynn grooms my dog on the day I pick her up from boarding. People can't expect to have their dog groomed tomorrow. Lynn has a business to run and you may not always like having to wait a few days, but that business. I've been using them for 3 years now. I have 2 Yorkies and a Husky. I've always had great service, the dogs are happy and look great when I pick them up. Very reasonably priced and flexible with drop off/pick up. Lynn is so sweet and does a great job. Rating based on the customer service, not the product. Tried to schedule my dog for grooming/shaving and the woman that answered the phone rudely told me that they wouldn't do it. Rather than trying to provide alternative options to shaving (I'm a first time dog owner so that's half the reason I called) she says "okay bye" while I'm in the middle of a sentence and hangs up on me. They were highly recommended to me, but I wouldn't give them my business if they did it for free. Sticking to dogs lady, because your people skills are severely lacking.
