We stayed in the upgraded premium queen room. It was beautiful, comfortable, and homey. It was the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in while in Alaska. The bathroom towels were so thick and soft, and the bath mat and shower curtain were something I would love to have in my own home. The faux fire place was a pleasant and relaxing surprise. Enjoyed watching the fire glow while I fell asleep. Only suggestion is to keep the breakfast items stocked during the time it is posted as available. Staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. They let me put up a sex swing in my room and even lent me a drill! Would have given 5 stars but the waffle iron was broken... Three quarter bath which some might find disappointing. Smaller screen TV than some competitors. Very clean and still looking new. Staff seemed very motivated to make experience as positive as possible. The rooms were nice and the hotel is in a decent location. The black out curtains weren't great and the breakfast could have been better. It was just basically muffins and some Cheerios. Clean room , friendly and helpful staff. Good hotel but a little Spartan.
