The employees aren't very competent or knowledgeable of the job that they are doing. I would suggest more in depth training before they are left alone on a shift. Night shift is lacking proper training. I would suggest more in depth training and possibly a manager on shift. A quick stop. Gas and a snack. A decent had station Good people
