I didnt enjoy my vist here because of long wait times and sales taxes, and different prices from other stores since this is a franchise. But the staff here are great, they help you with everything you need and are very patient with customers. They try there best to make sure the customer leaves happy. Alex, the manager is super nice. He was very pleasant and friendly. He took his time to make sure we got what we asked for and then some. I am sitting here for an hour waiting. So far they are with the same 2 customers. 1 guy just stood and watched as a customer looked at every phone in the store. We weren't acknowledged that we were even in the store till my husband asked if they had a bathroom... because after being here for over an hour my toddler and infant needed changed. They do not have a bathroom and requested we next door where "they keep it super clean" well it was a health code night mare. I wouldnt let my dof walk on the floor let a lone take my infant to be changed. No wonder everyone here is switching away from AT&T and all the Facebook pages complain about customer service. Save time switch to another company. As I am writing this we have yet to be helped and have yet to be how we can be helped. Terrible Service Slow service and didn't even acknowledge us when we came in and stayed for 30mins before we left.
