By far the best dental experience I have ever had. The dental staff are by far the most amazing, kind, sweet group of ladies! They make you feel at home and welcomed. Now Dr. Rod, he is so great! He is honest and has amazing patient care, his work is so important to him and I truly appreciate it. It shows with the quality of work he puts into his patients. I am currently in the chair waiting for him to come back to do a ROOT CANAL and I am excited, pictures to come. I couldn't have been blessed with a more amazing dentist office. I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff at Northern Lights. They are all so friendly and definitely go above and beyond. I had to have a root canal about a month after my son was born. My husband and mother were unable to watch him so he had to come with. He was pretty upset but the girls were more than willing to jump in and help rock him, feed him, keep him happy, etc. I'm continually impressed with how warm they and Dr. Rod are to their patients. Not to mention the timely and effective dental treatments they provide. I'm so glad I could find a quality dental clinic while we are stationed here! The technician was great but I had questions for the dentist and expected to see him. He was not available (I had seen him just 10 minutes earlier outside talking to someone) and that is not acceptable. There was no offer to reschedule or any apologies made. My insurance shouldn't have to pay the same fee when the dentist is a no-show. This is the best dental office in the interior! Between the warm and welcoming smile from Taylor at the front desk, to the best teeth cleaning I have ever had from Dani. Dr. Rod also took a lot of time out of his day to help me set up treatment options and answer any questions I had. I should also note that I go out of my way to drive from Fairbanks to go here, its that good! After moving to North Pole with the air-force, I am happy to have found a new dental home for myself and my kids. Danielle took great care of us and was so good with my youngest who hadn't been to the dentist before. Dr. Rod was nice and explained things in easy to understand terms. Very "homey" atmosphere and everyone was so friendly.
